"If fairy godfathers were a thing and worked in real estate, they would be named Chris and Mark Shepherd. The Sold by Shep team truly made all of our wants and needs come true! From the beginning of the process, to the closing table and even after they were TOP NOTCH professionals. Our journey was quite rocky, yet somehow, they always kept us as cool, calm and collected as possible. When we called with questions, they answered every single time, any day/time. For a process that most are ready to see the end of, was bittersweet for us solely based off of the near daily conversations we had with such an awesome team of people.
